The U.S. Constitution and why a Republic
Jose Reyes
I have found a series of videos that will help and aid you in understanding the U.S. Constitution. These videos presented in a classroom setting by Michael Badnarik , explain exactly the intentions of our founding fathers and demonstrate, without any doubt, why it is the best and most logical system of government. Basically it covers and defends every possible illegal and obstructive scenario which an elected government attempts and forces you to do. Another words, it defends you the most and gives you the most opportunity to take action when your rights are taken away from you. These videos are each 10 minutes long and I strongly suggest you watch and listen very well to every single second of them. I have placed them in four sets, since there are 43 all together, that’s three sets of 11 videos and one with 10 videos. It is very important that you watch these videos with an open mind and without immediately over reacting. If you do not agree with the lecture then read the Constitution and prove him wrong. If you agree, then double check anyway, read the U.S. Constitution, just in case you missed anything. Either way, Mr. Badnarik’s main goal is that exactly, he wants you to read the U.S. Constitution, The Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights too. You be the judge, simple as that!
In the very first video Mr Badnarik explains that these videos are just an introduction of the U.S. Constitution. Note, he’s a Libertarian, which is a person who believes in a Republic only and exactly the type of government we as Americans are suppose to have. The U.S. constitution was constructed for this exact reason, it states it throughout. In the second video he lays the fundamentals of a Republic. He explains the concept of owning your own property and why it is the most important right any person has. If anyone for starters, is not allowed to own their property then they are simply slaves, period. He explains the difference between a right and a privilege and how they are actually the opposite, very important! He explains also that with every right there is a responsibility attached to it. Here’s that video:
You can go ahead here to see the first set (Videos 1 through 10)
On video 12 he explains the difference between all types of governments (Rights derive from Property):
You can go ahead here to see the second set (Videos 11 through 21)
Here he discusses the UCC, Remedy, Recourse and the IRS:
He mentions “U.S.A. The Republic Is The House that No One Lives In“
You can go ahead here to see the third set (Videos 22 through 32)
Here he talks about Gold, Silver and Fractional Reserve Money:
I spend most of the day watching and listening to a majority of these videos and there is so much I learned. We, the people of the United States should understand the reason why the Constitution was written. There are some faults, most are minor but some are enormous. The idea that if a person has black skin and with African facial features, he or she are considered a piece of property, is completely ridiculous. Also the idea in which a female was not allowed to own any property and vote either, doesn’t make any sense. Both of these laws were turn around with amendments. Not before Americans, mostly white against white, decided to kill each other by way of a bloody Civil War as in the case of Slavery (1865):
The 13th amendment, which formally abolished slavery in the United States, passed the Senate on April 8, 1864, and the House on January 31, 1865. On February 1, 1865, President Abraham Lincoln approved the Joint Resolution of Congress submitting the proposed amendment to the state legislatures. The necessary number of states ratified it by December 6, 1865. The 13th amendment to the United States Constitution provides that “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”
In 1863 President Lincoln had issued the Emancipation Proclamation declaring “all persons held as slaves within any State, or designated part of a State, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free.” Nonetheless, the Emancipation Proclamation did not end slavery in the nation. Lincoln recognized that the Emancipation Proclamation would have to be followed by a constitutional amendment in order to guarantee the abolishment of slavery….Continue Here
As for a woman’s right to own property and in turn have the right to vote ended in 1920:
In May, 1919, the necessary two-thirds vote in favor of the women suffrage amendment was finally mustered in Congress, and the proposed amendment was sent to the states for ratification. By July 1920, with a number of primarily southern states adamantly opposed to the amendment, it all came down to Tennessee. It appeared that the amendment might fail by one vote in the Tennessee house, but twenty-four-year-old Harry Burns surprised observers by casting the deciding vote for ratification. At the time of his vote, Burns had in his pocket a letter he had received from his mother urging him, “Don’t forget to be a good boy” and “vote for suffrage.” Women had finally won the vote… Learn about the struggle
It’s hard to understand now, after hundreds of years but humans do evolve. We have come a long way but the ideals our Constitution have become more obvious but as a form of defense. By now we should have understood why it was written but it still hasn’t registered. As long as there are individuals still alive who confusingly feel they are more important than others, then the U.S. Constitution will come in handy and serve its purpose. Slaves we will not be. But slowly throughout the years, the government we are suppose to command is now controlling us. The U.S. Constitution was written for all to enjoy freedom by way of self-dependence and self-discipline. The reward should have been prosperity but many of the ones we voted for betrayed us and decided to create Unconstitutional Laws and we unfortunately let them. Why? Because we trusted them with our freedom. Somewhere, we lost a grip of understanding the importance of the Constitution and for what it exactly stands for. The U.S. Constitution was designed to protect the citizens of the United States against its own government. We vote them in, we tell them what to do, simple as that! We seemed to forget this and now the only true hope we have to get control of our over-powering government again, is to use the Constitution as a tool, the exact reason for why it was written, to protect us. We must use it to our advantage again. Remember, as long as our U.S. Constitution has the power to defend us from our government, then the more of a chance we have to get control back. On the other hand, it will take as long as time itself for a true American to give up his or her beloved freedom away to any government, American or non-American. Keep that in mind, those who think otherwise.
“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master” – George Washington
“A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned – this is the sum of good government” – Thomas Jefferson
“Democracy… while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide” – John Adams
“No power on earth has a right to take our property from us without our consent” – John Jay
“Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government” – James Madison
“If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter”-George Washington

We’re supposed to be a republic but many American think we are a democracy. Unfortunately we have been under CIA oligarchy rule for decades but most don’t realize it. Any politician or person that has tried to buck them like Kennedy is murdered by them.
